At NorthStar, we really value our paraplanning team and expect our paraplanners to be as qualified as our financial planners. The paraplanning team are responsible for all technical matters including pensions, investments, taxation and preparing financial planning reports. Our client services team are responsible for all liaisons with clients, providers and professional partners. They are the glue that binds the other teams together and ensure we always deliver what we promise. All members of the client services team have great attention to detail and an iron will to ensure we really deliver results to our clients.
We are keen to hear from graduates who want to start a career in financial planning. We have developed graduate training programs that provide a clear path for the graduates we employ to progress to a financial planner or paraplanner role.

Time to unwind and relax is crucial to being productive. All members of the NorthStar team enjoy a minimum of 24 days holiday per year with an additional day earned for every 3 years of service up to a maximum of 30 days. Plenty of time to relax, unwind and have some fun.
