Introductory Phone Call
During your Introductory Phone Call, we’ll get to know each other a little. We’ll find out some basic details of your personal and financial position and what you hope to achieve. We can then establish how we may be able to help and explain the next steps to get you started. We’ll also answer any questions you have about our services and how we could help you achieve your goals.
The Discovery Meeting is where we find out much more about you and your finances. We talk through your current situation, go over your financial position in detail and discuss your goals and objectives for the future. We ask detailed questions and run a series of diagnostic assessments to build up a complete picture of you and your money.
Our administration team liaise with all of your financial product providers to get the information we need to run our analysis and create your strategy. We handle this process in a streamlined, efficient way to ensure we have everything necessary to provide a thorough assessment of your financial position and analyse how this fits with your objectives.
Our team of technical analysts collate, review and assess the information we have received on your financial policies and analyse how this fits with your aims and objectives. This analysis may include investment strategies, tax mitigation, cash flow modelling, protection analysis or any other area that is required to meet your objectives.
We design an effective strategy that will best meet your objectives, detailing each step that needs to be taken. We write this up in a comprehensive report that we deliver to you via email, ready to discuss at our strategy meeting. The strategy we design will be unique to you and based on your specific financial position and long-term objectives.
We meet you to discuss the strategy we have designed and show you how this will help you achieve your goals. We explain everything in plain English and go through each step in a straightforward way. We answer your questions, explain our charges, complete all necessary paperwork and ensure you fully understand the strategy before it is implemented.
Once the strategy is agreed, we implement the agreed actions. We liaise with all your financial product providers, setting up, transferring or amending your policies as necessary and ensuring all paperwork is in order. We keep you informed every step of the way and let you know when everything is done and your new strategy is in place.
Monitor & Review
We verify everything has gone to plan then meet with you to make sure you are completely happy. We then regularly monitor, review and reassess your strategy to ensure you remain on track to achieve your objectives and report the progress to you. This ongoing commitment guarantees your strategy remains appropriate as your needs change throughout your life.
