Our Advice Process

We have developed a clear, step-by-step advice process that really delivers results.

The value of investments and pensions and the income from them can fluctuate and investors may not get back the full amount invested. Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. Please contact us for more information on our range of investment and pension portfolios. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) does not regulate trust advice, tax advice, financial planning services, some forms of inheritance tax planning or will writing services. Long-term care and equity release advice provided by selected third-parties. These services are not provided by NorthStar directly.

Introductory Meeting

At the 15-minute introductory meeting, we’ll get to know each other a little. We’ll find out about your current financial position and ask about what you hope to achieve. We can then establish how we may be able to help. We can also answer any questions you have about our services or how we work. This is typically a phone call or held as a virtual online meeting.
