Financial Fitness Test: Assessment

Your grade: C

Initial comments: Just about acceptable. You got a very average score for the Financial Fitness Test.

In context: Your score means you got higher marks than 52% of people that have taken this test before.

Marker’s comments: Your test result is fairly typical of people who take this test. However, you got less than half marks which means there are a huge number of things that can be improved to help you make the most of your money. It looks like you have some things in hand, but in most areas, there is serious work to be done. You need to find the time to address the areas you feel need the most urgent attention and you know the least about. On the aspects of your finances that you feel more confident about, it may be a case of pushing on and really making the most of the financial opportunities available. There is a lot more that you can do to make your money work harder, protect your finances from unforeseen events and plan for a happy and wealthy old age. Taking the right steps now is crucial. You can tackle this yourself with some hard work and dedication or a qualified financial planner will be able to help. You’ve got lots to do but you can do it.

In summary: A very average result. A lot of work needed to fulfil your financial potential.

Thanks for taking the Financial Fitness Test.
