About the Client Satisfaction Survey
We rely on client feedback to make NorthStar even better and love to know what our clients think of the services we provide.
To aid in this process, we have designed a short, 10-question survey that we ask all our clients to complete. This helps us track the levels of satisfaction with our services and highlights any areas we need to improve.
Each question in the survey asks for a rating on a different aspect of our service on a scale from 0 (the lowest score) to 5 (the highest score).
The survey will take no more than 2 minutes to complete.
Please note that the client satisfaction survey is only applicable to active NorthStar clients and you will be asked to validate yourself with your name and email address at the end of the survey. Please only complete one survey when prompted by a member of the NorthStar team.
By way of a thank you to those that provide us with feedback, we will enter all completed survey names into a prize draw at the end of every year. The prize for this year is a Fitbit Flex.
