Client Satisfaction Survey

We love hearing your feedback and rely on it make NorthStar even better. Complete our short client satisfaction survey and tell us what you really think of the services we provide.

About the Client Satisfaction Survey

We rely on client feedback to make NorthStar even better and love to know what our clients think of the services we provide.

To aid in this process, we have designed a short, 10-question survey that we ask all our clients to complete. This helps us track the levels of satisfaction with our services and highlights any areas we need to improve.

Each question in the survey asks for a rating on a different aspect of our service on a scale from 0 (the lowest score) to 5 (the highest score).

The survey will take no more than 2 minutes to complete.

Please note that the client satisfaction survey is only applicable to active NorthStar clients and you will be asked to validate yourself with your name and email address at the end of the survey. Please only complete one survey when prompted by a member of the NorthStar team.

By way of a thank you to those that provide us with feedback, we will enter all completed survey names into a prize draw at the end of every year.

Q3. How do you rate the quality of the documentation and literature (brochures, emails, reports, forms, etc.) have received from NorthStar?
Q4. How do you rate the technical ability and knowledge of your NorthStar financial planner?
Q5. How do you rate the communication skills and professionalism of your NorthStar financial planner?
Q6. How do you rate the quality of the customer service you have received from NorthStar?
Q7. How do you rate the technology and IT services (client portal, website, online tools, etc.) provided by NorthStar?
Q8. How do you rate the quality of the communication you have received from NorthStar?
Q9. How do you asses the effectiveness of the services you have received from NorthStar in achieving your goals?
Q10. How likely are you to recommend NorthStar to your friends, family or colleagues?

We'd love to know what you think of our services in your own words. This could include what you thought about the service you have received from NorthStar, whether it has achieved your objectives, the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of your NorthStar financial planner and whether you would recommend our service to others.
Finally, if you have any comments or suggestions for things we could improve or do better, we'd really like to know.
